A visit costs a minimum of £50, covering up to one hour. After that, support is charged in half-hour increments at £25.
Remote support costs a minimum of £40, covering up to one hour, then £20 per half hour. No VAT is added to these prices.
There’s no travel charge within 10 miles of Corsham. Beyond that, only the extra miles are charged, at 45p per mile in each direction.
For example, if you’re 13 miles away, that’s 3 extra miles each way: 6 miles in total, or £2.70. I’ll explain any travel charge before arranging the visit.
If I can solve your problem in five minutes by phone or message, there’s no charge. This is for quick questions; visits and booked remote support have the minimum charges above.
Support is normally paid for after the job, with an itemised invoice. I accept card, cash, bank transfer and PayPal.
Website projects start at £500. We agree the scope and price first; payment is due when you’re happy with the agreed finished site.
Website Care is £30 per month. New website clients get the first month after launch free, followed by a minimum of 12 paid months. After that, it continues monthly with one month’s notice to end it. Existing clients keep their agreed arrangements.
